FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do! However, there is the reason why we have to go out to take a look at the equipment and set up. Every situation, every house is different. That is why it is extremely difficult to give a firm quote without a visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a set of rules that we follow, regardless if the client is new or longtime friend: 1. Arrive on time! 2. Diagnose the problem correct no matter how much time it takes. 3. Explain problem to a client so he/she understands what has to be done, and costs involved before making an intelligent decision. 4. When client agrees to do the work, complete the job in a shortest time possible. If we have parts on hand (which in 80% of the calls we do), we will complete it on the spot. If not, it will be done within 24 hours of initial call. 5. Make sure that client is happy with repairs and service, and insure that he/she will call us if any future problem occurs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone of our technicians has at least 10 years of experience in HVAC and major appliances repair, maintenance and installations.
