FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of craftsmanship, experience, and attention to detail we bring to every project. We provide clear, itemized estimates so you know exactly what you're paying for—no hidden fees or surprises. While we may not always be the cheapest option, we focus on delivering long-term value and lasting results. We occasionally offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers, and we're always happy to discuss options to work within your budget without cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your vision, goals, and any specific needs for the project. From there, we’ll schedule a site visit to assess the space and gather all the necessary details. Once we have a clear understanding of the scope, we’ll provide a detailed, transparent estimate. If everything looks good, we’ll agree on a timeline and get to work—keeping you informed every step of the way. Communication is key for us, and we make it a point to stay responsive and available throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in residential construction, specializing in framing, decks, and concrete work. We are licensed with the state of California and bonded/insured. We've worked on a wide range of projects—from custom homes to complex remodels—which has given us a deep understanding of structural integrity, building codes, and best practices. In addition to on-the-job experience, we stay current with industry standards and continuously improve our skills through training, certifications, and collaboration with other trades. Quality, precision, and safety are at the core of everything we do.
