I wanted to install PoE security cameras and doorbell at my home. Alef Audio Video accepted the challenge. Kjell is very professional and knows a lot about network wiring. I was keen on installing PoE devices but was going to abandon the project because of the lack of ethernet wiring options at the outdoor. Kjell found ways to efficiently install switches at my garage and attic and make the connections work. I also learnt a lot about network management. He made suggestions of installing wifi access points at new location so that I have better coverage.

I wanted to change out my old deadbolt front door lock with a smart lock that could be activated remotely with an app, still use a key and not change my original door handle. Shell from Alef Audio Visual on Thumbtack accepted the challenge when other companies simply said no. Shell spent time finding a deadbolt that could be integrated into my old door handle. When the lock arrived it required a few modifications to fit and work perfectly. With Shell’s ingenuity and craftsmanship, he spent extra time to make it fit like a glove. I highly recommend Shell for any home electronics projects and I will definitely call him again.

I had a great experience with Alef Audio Video. I had never had a sound system in my home and did not know what to expect. Kjell was very informative and patient in answering all of my questions.
