- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a veteran owned company I offer military discounts. Our initial price might be quoted high because usually our first time cleaning will need more time and effort, but no projects are always the same so with a quick assessment of the area we will give a fair price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has been in the cleaning business ever since I can remember (over 30 years) so we decided to create a company.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Asked if they are insured, also explain what you need to be done because they can easily charge you more for extra items not discussed.
