- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to be fair and honest with my pricing, repeat customers get discounts and referrals can be discounted as well for any future projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engaging in person is important for me, I like to explain the process and steps. A simple phone call to schedule is best for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been taught by my father who has 30 yrs under his belt and I’ve also taught myself a lot of different things through my own interest of painting on cars and motorcycles.
