I had a fabulous experience with MC Appliance Repair. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Honest, professional, and he appeared instantly and magically when I was in a total meltdown. I was in the middle of juggling a ton of personal issues, and my dryer dying on me was just one thing too much. His name came up on Thumbtack, and unbelievably, he was there in half an hour. He fixed my dryer FAST and he was truly one of the nicest, most honest, most personable people I've ever encountered. I hope none of my other appliances breaks, but if anything does, he's the guy I'm calling.

What else can I say except that Mikhail is an amazing human being and why do I say that? Because not only does he explains things, he goes out of his way to make sure that he troubleshoots until he really finds the problems instead of trying to sell you all parts that you really don’t need. He’s honest, hard-working and is a SUPER reliable repair person. Our dishwasher is working flawlessly because I haven’t been able to figure it out for years. I’ve been quoted by so many people ridiculous amounts of money because they know they can get it BUT what I like about Mikhail is that he explains things thoroughly to you and doesn’t try to rip you off. THANK YOU Mikhail for putting in the extra time to make sure our dishwasher works properly. I would not hesitate to hire you again and I’ll be passing your information to other friends that I know I’m going to need in the future. I’ll tell you right now to STOP looking for anyone else because MC is the person to hire!
