Carlos arrived on time. He assessed my shower and told me that it was just the shower not the toilet or sink. He laid down a tarp so my carpet wouldn’t get dirty. He used the snake and extracted a lot of hair. My shower is running a lot better, even my sink runs good. I would hire him again. Good work.

I hired C&C for my plumbing issue and got a quote from my description of the problem. They came out, and they did their thing for 30-40 minutes. I called a couple of days later to let them know that I am still having the same issue and was told that they'll call me back. After almost a week of waiting, we just decided to hire another plumber to fix the same problem. I just wasted $214 for nothing.

Hi Jerome, My records show that we cleared the kitchen/laundry line on April 8th. I wasn't aware that you are having issues again with a clogged line. I haven't received any messages that you have reached out to let me know there is a problem. Since it has only been 7 days since we serviced the line, - we will gladly come back out to clear the line again at no charge. If you haven't paid for another company yet - please give us a call.
