For example, for a 5-hour gig (set up and clean up included), my charges would range from $400 to $500. Please note that setting up a functional bar requires manpower, but I strive to limit the setup time charged to a maximum of one hour. Value for Your Investment: My minimum rate is $400, ensuring that you receive exceptional value for your investment. I am committed to delivering top-notch service and creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. Discounts and Special Offers: Depending on the nature of your event and the services requested, I may offer discounts or special packages. Travel Fees: If your event requires travel beyond a certain distance, additional travel fees may apply. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nonrefundable Booking Fee: Please note that there is a $50 nonrefundable booking fee required to secure your reservation. This fee covers administrative costs and guarantees my availability for your event. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of my services. Brief Communication: After booking, we'll have a conversation to discuss your event details. While I'm here to assist you, please keep in mind that extensive consultations are not factored into my pricing. To optimize our time together, it's helpful if you can provide a concise overview of your drink preferences and any specific requirements you may have. Focus on Bartending Services: While I'm happy to provide guidance and suggestions regarding drinks, please note that I am not a party planner. My expertise lies in delivering exceptional bartending services. If you require extensive event planning assistance, I recommend seeking the expertise of a professional party planner.
