Traci was amazing! I can’t recommend her enough. She was very thorough and communicated well and came up with some great ideas in preparing for our party. She arrived early and was professional, kind and polite. Our event was quite tricky and required several complicated cocktails to be made in quick succession as well as serving guests simultaneously. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees do not include alcohol.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a $50 deposit to hold the date. I work with the customer on what type of drinks they would like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at many restaurants which taught me to be fast and able to handle up to 200 guest alone. I have great customer service skills, polite and understanding to my customers needs.
