- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask many questions concerning your job, then give you a quote over the phone. 99% of the time we stand by the phone quote. We usually provide you with a price range, so you are never surprised. But there are times when extra parts or service is required to resolve an issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all customers like family. We take pride in our work, and offer reasonable rates. We have no doubt that a new customer will become a return customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed (LCO3714). We have over 10yrs of experience.
