- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat fees for some services and hourly rates for others. My hourly rate can be contracted. If you need someone 10-40 hours a month for 3, 6 or 12 months, we will have a contract. This allows you to count on me at the drop of a hat. (I recommend some sort of an hourly contract during the branding process). I think it's a win win, you can call on me anytime during the length of the contract, and I'm locked in at a rate of your choosing. Steady work for me, someone for you to call on when you need something... win, win. Through this, we can work though your brand together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentorship Mentorship Mentorship and a lot of online classes to stay up to date on all the Adobe products. (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
