- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote I give you will include: Free consultation, music, speakers, mc'ing, wireless microphones, travel fees, setup & breakdown and full interaction to my website to plan your event as far as music request, timelines, planning forms. Choose from professional dj packages which are priced at a rate you feel most to fit your event and allows you to build your own custom dj packages. All packages includes lights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to meet in person to get to know our new clients and their needs. We want to get to know our clients. The more we get to know them the better their wedding or party will be. Our process is to find out what services are needed and recommend the best package specific to the client. During the planning phase we want to be in contact on a regular basis to make sure work is taken care of, such as the order and flow of the event, to the music played the day of the event. Customer service is our number one goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended conferences, seminars, and DJ performance workshops all over. That includes events such as Mobile Beat Las Vegas, and The Atlantic City DJ convention, seminars for lighting, new equipment coming and hands on training and learning. I have a associate degree in multi media technology to help me with up to date computer programs.
