Patrick did an excellent job at diagnosing and give us consultation for our HVAC system. He told us to replace our filters asap first to see if the damp spell disappears. After that we can do deep cleaning in a few months.

Patrick was fantastic! He answered quickly and clearly. He communicated throughout to make sure that we were able to meet up at our designated time. Then, on top of all of that, he fixed our issue in less than an hour! And he came the next day after I reached out which is so important when it comes to AC and the summer heat here in Sacramento.
