Introduction: I believe there are two main things differentiate me from other therapists: the quality of the relationships I build with my clients and the focus I bring to the work. I believe in building a genuine, caring relationship with my clients so that they will continue to seek me out for help throughout their lives. I also believe in keeping my work with clients focused on their goals so they feel their time with me is helpful and productive. I love the opportunity to be a part of an individual or couple's journey in life. I am honored to share in people's deepest hurts and troubles and overjoyed to share in their progress and growth. I am constantly amazed at how resilient people are and am reminded of this regularly in my work.
