- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a unique range of fixed-fee packages that are designed to resolve all aspects of the divorce without the fear and pressure of escalating fees. Fees range from $2450 to $6500, are paid at the start of the process, and are refundable in the rare event that the divorce is not successfully resolved. We do not accept credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact new clients to answer their questions and set a free consultation. At the consultation, each spouse can learn about the mediation process as well as our unique approach. We assist clients in prioritizing their needs and determining their timeline. We ask clients NOT to make a decision about engaging services while at the consultation - this allows for a no-pressure, no-obligation experience. Clients that do engage our mediators can resolve their divorce quickly, affordably, and with full attorney-mediator support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to a B.A. and J.D., our mediators must have basic and advanced mediation training, over 50 hours of mediation experience, and be engaged in regular, ongoing mediation practice.
