- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages and A la carte products. Additionally, I’m happy to discuss fees for any photography needs you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we can either talk on the phone or via text, your choice. I will ask you a few questions about what your ideal photo shoot would be like and then advise you on location and clothing choices accordingly. Once we have a date booked, I will keep in touch closer to the time, and as often as you require. I am open to suggestions you may have regarding your shoot, and I’m also happy to to take the lead entirely. The shoot will either be outdoors or in your home (newborn) and we will take all the time needed to capture beautiful relaxed poses and candid shots. Within a few days, you can expect a sneak peak at a couple of photos and within 14 days you will receive your digital images or prints. If this is time sensitive, I will do everything I can to have your images ready within 3-5 business days.
