FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge fairly for the quality and reliability I provide. I’m not the cheapest — but I make sure the job is done right, built to last, and leaves no loose ends. I also try to find cost-effective options when needed, without cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen — to understand what you want, how you’ll use it, and what matters most to you. Then I suggest solutions, walk you through the steps, and make sure everything is clear before I start. I handle the job with care from start to finish and keep communication open along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree that provides me with deep knowledge in technical solutions and design. This background helps me approach work with a systematic and thoughtful mindset, ensuring reliability and quality. Alongside theory, I continuously develop my practical skills and stay updated on local building codes and materials applicable here in the US.
