Provide notary service after 5:00 pm and on weekends when most businesses are closed. I make sure that to follow my eleven simple rules: 1. The signer must appear in person before the Notary 2. Make careful identification 3. Feel certain the signer understands the document 4. Check the signature 5. Look for blank spaces 6. Scan the document 7. Check the document's date 8.
