- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total square footage, as well as the type of cleaning you choose. We do not charge extra based on location. We offer transparent, upfront quotes and may provide discounts for reoccurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing your cleaning needs, size of your home, and any special requests. We then provide a price range for the service. On the scheduled day, our team member(s) arrive on time, fully equipped, and follows a detailed checklist to ensure every area is cleaned to your satisfaction. We finish with a walk-through (if desired) to make sure you’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed professional training in residential and commercial cleaning techniques, including safe and effective use of cleaning products and equipment. We stay updated on the best practices for echo-friendly and deep cleaning, ensuring high-quality results while protecting your home and services.
