I love what I do and my standards are high and I'm always striving to present things with a new perspective. It's important to keep the work as original as possible whether it is an Illustration, portrait, or logo - this is for both digital or tradition.
With portrait work I get the exact likeness of the subject. When I draw or paint someone I like to meet the person I'm drawing so that I can get their personality to come through the artwork.
When creating logos I listen carefully to what the client wants and expects. This is the one piece of art that is their first impression when meeting with a client. A logo captures the mood and feel of a company. My approach is to think out to the box. This creates a unique, personal and professional look for the client.
My skills in Photoshop are expert and having an illustration background gives me an advantage over the competitors. Especially, since I have a strong grasp of understanding the human anatomy as taught from the Academy of Art. Being a portrait artist also gives me another upper hand in photo retouching.
No matter the job I put my all into my work as if it was my own. This ensures the client will walk away a happy customer.
I love to create and it makes me feel good when what I can do can put a smile on someones face.

Eric did a great job editing our photo. He was able to photoshop someone out of the image even though they were pretty close to the subject that we wanted to keep. It ended up looking great and you wouldn't even be able to tell that something was taken out of the image.

Eric took a portrait of one of my ancestors that was over 100 years old and restored it for printing and/mounting. The picture was painted on a card stock picture board that was broken in two and in danger of crumbling into additional pieces. Other stores, like Office Depot, could not scan this 16” x 20” picture. Eric knew how to scan a large picture and has given my grandaunt, who died in the 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic, a new life.

Eric saved some family portraits from being a disaster. I didnt have a chance to retake the portraits because theyre from out of town. There were harsh shadows on their faces that looked awful. Eric was able to clean it up and made the photos look almost perfect. He did it very promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I definitely recommend him for any Photoshop work you need done.

I found Eric through Google and Thumbtack. A couple kids my wife and I help raise there Mother passed away recently. I wanted to do a portrait or sketch of the kids with there Mom. Eric walked me through the process and let me know what he could do for me. I hired him right away and he was so patient with me and thoughtful as well. I love the Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha. I got a chance to emulate his work in a class project. I felt I successfully accomplished that.
