We offer flat rate computer repair and remote computer repair. For businesses we offer per project pricing. Please contact me for more details. Email in my profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically setup a call and go over the customer's needs and assess the project, we provide a scope of work and a timeline. We then provide a quote and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of technology support. All our Microsoft credentials were earned in the heart of Silicon Valley. Are niche' is Medical and Dental technology but we have many customers in all types of verticals.
