MOLD was discovered behind my HVAC unit during replacement. Got several estimates and felt very comfortable with Daniel and A-1 Pro Property Restoration with information provided. Everyone on the crew did a fantastic job. From the couple doing the Mold Remediation excellent job that I had no problems getting the Mold Clearance. Rigo and his crew during the restoration phase were outstanding. Carlos doing the drywall and Leo on paint I had no complaints. I appreciate the work Daniel and his team did helping me get my home back together after such a stressful situation.

Great experience! They performed the work in a timely manner, for a great price, and really went the extra mile to be sure they got all the mold out. They also don't use harsh chemicals. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Working with Daniel and his team at A1-Pro Property Restoration was a homeowners dream. From the start of our mold issues, we knew the job was more complex than others due to the multiple rooms affected and the cabinets and granite counters that needed to be carefully removed and rebuilt. To boot we had travertine flooring throughout our house that could not be damaged as it would next to impossible to ever match it well. We interviewed five contractors searching for the one that would not disappoint. We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home. A-1 Pro was incredibly responsive to our challenge. They were always very professional, reliable, efficient, and very, very clean. They kept the project moving on the timeline they committed to and pleasantly accommodated change orders we requested as our job progressed. Daniel and his crew are meticulous to details and very talented in their trades which is difficult to find. Making the decision to work with A-1 Pro is one of my best contractor decisions I have made.

It's hard to fully summarize the outstanding work that Daniel and his team did at our home. It was such an involved project with many stages and steps. Every single phase was handled with such care, precision, cleanliness, accuracy, thoughtfulness and excellence. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary Daniel and his team members are. A lot of companies talk about how they really care, and will take good care of you and the project but it is usually far from the truth. Daniel was just incredible, the real deal.
