Working with Visual Identity Group was a very good experience. When we first got into website designing, we did not know what to expect. Visual Identity Group was quick to respond to us and gave us lots of options for designing our website. They explained the process to us and it was pretty much on target for what was to happen next. They always worked toward a solution and it came out better than we imagined. They worked with us on a budget and gave us a discount for two websites. There were some simple mistakes, but for the most part it was nothing that couldn't be resolved easily. We explained what we were looking for and they delivered. However, not being versed in web design jargon, we were explained several steps of the process design that we did not comprehend. Visual Identity Group did not remember what we had already responded to. We had to repeat what was already explained on a few occasions, but it only helped to further our knowledge and understanding of website design and our material. All in all we were satisfied with all the results!
