- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3/4 hour event is less and are charged by the hour and events 5+ hour receive a discount for a longer amount of service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and communicate with my customers for my business. I always ask if they are going to provide the supplies needed for their event. If they wish for me to provide the supplies an extra fee is added to the service, also asking the customer if they would like a fixed or custom menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended bartending school and am a certified licensed Bartender, after graduating I’ve worked at private events on the weekends and work in a restaurant behind the bar.
