- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have up front pricing on all our repairs, this way you have the peace of mind of set pricing with no surprises. Offer 15% discount for maintenance members, and 10% for seniors and veterans. We accept all major credit cards, check, cash and also offer financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we get in contact with you to set an appointment for your repair, maintenance, installation or your free replacement estimate. We give your a 2-3 window for our arrival (First calls of the day, we give you exact arrival time). We send out our professional service technicians, install technicians, or comfort adviser to assist your any need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have over 10 years experience and attend advance training courses yearly to keep improving and adapting to the ever changing HVAC industry.
