I called Cal-West on behalf of my parents. I called and explained the problem and the time frame in which I needed someone to come out for a free estimate. They came out immediately within the time frame requested. My parents were very pleased with the service and will have the company come back out for additional services in the future.

Our hot water heater was leaking from the TP pipe. I Raphael Zuniga called in response to my request for service explaining that he would need to run some diagnostics before estimating repairs. He arrived within 45 minutes to my home, immediately diagnosed the problem was with the water pressure valve in the front of our home. After replacing the valve, the water heater is no longer leaking. Raphael was friendly and courteous. I had an excellent experience with Raphael and Cal-West Plumbing and Heating.
