- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you're willing to work with us, we can work with our initial quote to tailor to your exact needs. Life comes at us fast and we understand that so we now offer payment plans leading up to your event! We also offer discounts to all military and law enforcement. We thank you for your service and would like to give back to the military and law enforcement community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first get into contact with a new customer we love to establish rapport as early as possible. We prefer to meet as many of our potential clients in person if at all possible. This allows us to really get a feel for who we are working with and ultimately helps with our shooting process. For instance if you're booking us to photograph your wedding then we would like to meet you in advance to get a feel for one another and make you comfortable with how we work, so that on your big day you trust that we are going to capture everything flawlessly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is quantified from the time spent attending USC and learning from some of the best instructors in the world. Aside from their football team and business school, USC has one of best - if not the best - film school in the world. Our background stems from the cinematic arts and we give the same dedication and attention to detail from anything we produce all the way to wedding films and small business testimonials.
