I cant thank Arnold enough for his help. I was locked out of my car. Arnold arrived, immediately knew what needed to be done, corrected the problem, and got me back into my car quickly. He was courteous, experienced, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Excellent service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

I highly recommend Arnold! After I was locked out of my car, I initially called someone else who unfortunately made the situation worse. Arnold came out, quickly assessed what had happened, fixed the previous technicians mistakes, and got my car unlocked without causing any damage. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his honesty and expertise. If you ever need a locksmith, Arnold is the person to call!

Exceptional Service, Integrity, and Customer CareI cannot recommend Arnold and A&A Locksmith Services highly enough.Late one evening after a grocery store trip, I thought I had lost my keys and was stranded. I called Arnold around 10:30 PM and explained my situation. I told him there was a chance my keys were inside the store, but it had already closed and I didnt want to spend money on a replacement key unless I absolutely had to.Instead of trying to sell me a service I might not need, Arnold offered something I will never forgethe said that if he couldnt get my vehicle running, he would personally give me a ride home. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days.Shortly afterward, I found my keys in the trunk of my car and canceled the appointment. However, because of how helpful Arnold had been, I decided to ask if he could take a look at my key fob, which had stopped unlocking my doors electronically.When I met with him the next day, he went above and beyond. He replaced the battery, repaired and soldered part of the key fob, and even made me a replacement key at no additional labor charge because my original key was worn out. I walked away with a properly functioning key fob and an extra spare key.As if that wasnt enough, Arnold also noticed my drivers side door handle issue. The door would only open from the inside, and I had actually locked myself out of my vehicle three times because of it. Another company had been delaying the repair for weeks, but Arnold had the necessary part available and fixed it the same day. He even reinforced and repaired part of the keyhole assembly that was becoming loose, without charging extra.What started as a simple key issue turned into a complete solution for several problems I had been dealing with for months. Arnold saved me time, money, and frustration.In a world where many companies are focused on making a quick dollar, Arnold is the definition of honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service. He could have charged me significantly more, but instead he treated me fairly and did quality work at a very reasonable price.If you ever need locksmith services, a replacement key, lockout assistance, key fob repair, or even door lock and handle repairs, do yourself a favor and call Arnold at A&A Locksmith Services. Excellent service and great price. I have a friend that does keys too but hes a lop and im directing all business to this man right here. Was done in 10 mins cut 2 keys and tested them. Perfect fit. Extremely satisfied with my service.
