We had a great experience with OC Flooring. I was impressed with their prompt response time from the estimate to the installation. Daniela was great at coordinating everything and answered my questions at all times. Pete removed the carpet in our bedroom and installed vinyl flooring with no issues. He communicated everything during the estimate and completed the task as agreed upon. The finished look was excellent and the room was left clean, it didn’t take long at all!

We’re so glad I found Pete on Thumbtack! We actually hired Pete back in 2023 to install LVP for our sunroom and we loved his work, punctuality, and professionalism so much that we decided to hire him again to do our flooring for the entire house. Pete and Daniela were very responsive from beginning to the end. They answered all my questions promptly and were able to get started on my project quickly. We also want to thank Pete for going the extra mile for looking for a better color match of the transition piece from our bathroom to the floor. We were fine with the original color that was offered to us, but he was able to find a better color the next day and help us install it! We absolutely love our new floors and feel like we got a brand new house again!

This site would only let me give 5 stars in 3 of 5 categories. If I could, I would also give five stars for the other categories; professionalism and quality of work. I put my request on Thumbtack on the weekend. I got a prompt response and in my conversations with them they seemed very knowledgeable. Of all the vendors I talked to I decided to go with OC Flooring. Pete worked with our schedule, was on time and took a very old and stained hardwood floor to a level we didn't expect to see. Petre and Daniela Rus are fantastic. Everything from the responsiveness to the call for an estimate until the completion of the flooring exactly when they said it would be done was perfect.
