- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. There is a minimum $175 requirement. Carpet cleaning is charged by the square foot. Upholstery is charged by the piece. My prices have not changed in over 5 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. Being friendly, and upbeat. Take my friendly, advice. If any Tradesman, from any industry, agrees to come to your home, or office for under $100, then you should probably... RUN AWAY!!! Chances are, you won't be happy in the end. Again, know what you're getting. 👌
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sears, Stanley Steemer, Carpet King, California Steam Co. Santiago Canyon College. Several, Trade-classes Over 20 years cleaning exp.
