Do not judge a book by its cover. Will and Chris showed up, both looked too young to be very experienced. Truth be told they did a great job removing my old shower valve and soldering in a new valve and copper supply lines. They worked as team, got it done and left a clean job site. I will be using and referring Nido in the future.
