Andrew asked me to send photos, confirmed he can do the work, came by on time, completed the intended work and also informed by tankless water heater is not sending hot water. In fact, it was some other work that is getting done at home that caused this. I asked the other worker to take care what Andy suggested and things were back to normal. Really appreciate going above and beyond call of duty to identify where the problem and helping me on that front l.

Andrew showed up on decided time and he ran the snake in the drain and correctly concluded that the issue is not here and somewhere underneath, he suggested HOA should take care of it and even walked to HOA office with me to explain the issue to them. HOA later sent another plumber and fixed the issue by cutting a wall to get access to inner pipe. But, initial finding done bu Andrew was really helpful.
