This provider is just a middleman and they will send independent contractors randomly. For my dishwasher repair case the contractor came did a good job and fixed the issue. But this doesn’t guarantee any other technician found through this middleman.

Our technician, Oscar, arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the window. He notified us when he was on his way.
First Appliance Repair and HVAC were able to make a same-day appointment for 90 minutes after I contacted them. They answered all of my questions.
The issue turned out to be a part replacement in the compressor. Oscar had the spare part installed within about a half hour. He thoroughly tested the temperature and volume of air exchange to confirm that it is working properly. Our home is now cool and comfortable!

My AC was very weak and blowing warm air, so I scheduled for First Appliance to come take a look. When the technician took a look, he determined that there was a tiny refrigerant leak somewhere, but finding and fixing it would be labor intensive and not guaranteed to work. We discussed just refilling the refrigerant for now, but there were some communication/scheduling issues and we ultimately did not move forward with any repairs. Though First Appliance initially charged a $70 service fee for the diagnostics, because the issue was not resolved, they were able to fully refund it. Eventually I contracted a different company for the fix, but I was impressed by First Appliance's excellent customer service.
