Our KitchenAid refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we noticed water leaking from the bottom, so we requested service late at night. Maksim responded instantly and let us know he could come first thing in the morning — and he did! He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the control board, and went above and beyond by cleaning the condenser coils and clearing the drainage line. The fridge is running perfectly again with no leaks. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
