It was 2 PM on a Saturday and I was about to look for a technician to repair a washing machine. An hour later the technician arrived and began repairing our LG washer. approximately an hour and a half later after numerous testing of all the cycles he was satisfied that he had corrected the problems. More than one to be sure. The cost for his work and travel time was exceptionally fair. We could easily have been charged more for parts that were unnecessary. This company is trustworthy, professional and competent.
