Maksim was immediately responsive to my request, came out the next day, diagnosed my clothes dryer's problem, and recommended some next best steps for me to take. He didn't push any repair sale on me and actually instead recommended that I replace my dryer instead of repair, pointing out that LG dryers are expensive to repair whereas Samsung dryers have cheaper parts. Based on his advice I'm going to replace my dryer, but will reach back out in case I have any other issues in the future. Thanks Maksim!

After completing the repair and receiving payment, he noticed a related issue outside and promptly came back to address a leak from the washer.

Maksim responded to my Thumbtack request right away & we scheduled for the next day to fix the heat in my dryer. He came on time & was professional and fast. He needed to get a new part & assured me he would fix it 100%, which he did the next day. I would recommend him & will use him again for my appliances.
