John was incredibly responsive and managed to schedule an appointment in less than 12 hours. He quickly diagnosed the water drainage issue on my front-load washer, replaced the faulty pump, and reassembled everything perfectly—all for a very fair and decent price. He even took the time to clean up the area after draining the trapped water! Super professional, efficient, and clean. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services!

Woow.. John helped me out with my washer drainage error quite easily and without ripping me off.. While others try to charge me more than half the actual cost of the machine itself.. Highly recommend these guys

Our experience was great. They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time which was nice. He found out exactly why our dryer was no longer getting hot and not only explained why but showed me. He also found and repaired a broken part. I would call them again!

We only used the pro from RT Motor HVAC to evaluate our washer issue and let us know the problem & give us a quote for repair. Joe was very honest & efficient in his analysis. Due to various reasons opted not to have a repair done and purchased a new washer instead.
