Includes the event duration plus 3 hours for setup / cleanup, cocktail preparation, mixing & serving. Operating cost are baked in as well, such as insurance, travel, etc.

Includes the Full bar set up, handling & transportation of all necessary bar tools and equipment:
Shakers; Strainers; Mixing Glass; Bar spoons; Knifes; Peelers; Garnish Tray; Bar Mats; Spill Buckets; Fruit Basket; Trash Cans / Recycling Bin, Bar-Back Table etc.
A 30 qt Cooler for Clean Ice; A 65 qt Cooler for Backup Ice; Ice Buckets for Alternative Beverages (e.g. Beer; Wine; Soft Drinks)

Booked Copperhead Cocktail Co. for a birthday/Halloween party for approx 35 people, 1 bartender. They helped us create a menu of 4 cocktails, each a different spirit based on our preferences and every single one was dangerously good and crowd pleasing for a group of people with a range of preferences. My review is consistent with the many others, outstanding. The booking process though Alex was seamless, smooth communication via email and text, clear contract up front with many customizable options on the level of service needed. I elected to purchase ingredients/supplies myself and paid for them to take care of the ice for the service (it was so nice to not have to worry about buying and storing ice!). Alex sent me a well organized excel spreadsheet of ingredients needed and where to best find them, I loved that! Our bartender Monique arrived on time for set up and pretty much handled everything without our help. Her set up was beautiful and incredibly efficient. She has cocktails freshly made for guest to just grab and never had anyone waiting long for anything. She even kindly extended her contract for an extra hour because everyone just enjoyed the service so much. She left her workspace tidy and properly disposed all byproducts. The party was a huge success with the help of Copperhead Cocktails and they will be at the top of my list for future events as well.

I sent inquiries to over seven different bartending companies, most just sent over their pricing packages. Alex from Copperhead Cocktail stood out because he went the extra mile to send a form so he could learn about my event, what spirits and flavors I liked, and if my guests were heavy drinkers (they are). Then he set up a call to talk through expectations, what he would provide, and we discussed my answers in the form. I liked him immediately — not only was he super responsive and friendly, but he also asked really thoughtful questions. I decided to book him for my baby shower and of all the vendors I used, he was easily my favorite and I would 100% recommend and hire him again for future parties.
It was such an easy and smooth process working with Alex to get ready for the party. He put together a thorough list of everything I needed to get. And what wow-ed me the most was how he curated the perfect 3 cocktails based on what I said my husband and I liked. Completely nailed it and the cocktails were a huge hit with our guests.
When our guest count exceeded our initial estimate, and when the weather was looking to be really hot, Alex was super accommodating - willing to set up an extra bar and push the start time back an hour. On the day of, he and two other bartenders arrived on time to set up, didn't complain about the heat, and happily and patiently poured out the many drinks and shots requested by our guests.
Alex and his bartending buddies totally made the party — they were fun and in great spirits — our guests absolutely loved them. It was a long struggle for me to finally pregnant and I really wanted to celebrate and party with my family and friends. Copperhead Cocktail made my baby shower so memorable and so worth it. Thank you Alex for everything!!
