From our very first interaction to the last dance of our wedding night, J from Midnight Lime Bartending was absolutely phenomenal. We honestly can't recommend her enough. Right from the start, J made a fantastic impression with her prompt and clear communication when we first inquired. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns in a super timely manner. It was a pleasure speaking with her from that very first contact! She consistently impressed us with her talent and professionalism. Knowing her capabilities made the decision to hire Midnight Lime an easy one, and she certainly did not disappoint. What truly set J apart was her willingness to go above and beyond. We were so grateful that she offered to transport all of our alcohol, sodas, beers, and waters to the wedding venue. This was a massive help and took a significant logistical burden off our shoulders during an already busy time. On our wedding day, J was an absolute star from the cocktail hour to the end of our wedding night! J's personal touches truly elevated the experience. She even crafted custom drink toppers for our cocktails, a detail that was incredibly thoughtful and added a unique flair. Her bar setup was equally impressive, perfectly matching our Filipiniana theme and enhancing the overall aesthetic of our event. The variety of cocktails J created was truly amazing, each one perfectly crafted to complement our Filipiniana theme! From the lychee martini, calamansi margarita, mango whiskey sour, buko pandan old fashioned, and lemon drop shooters. Literally 10/10 - our family and friends couldn't stop raving about the cocktails! Even myself and my husband! She was an amazing bartender, efficiently serving drinks with a friendly demeanor that guests absolutely loved. She kept the bar running smoothly, ensuring everyone had what they needed without any long waits. Beyond her bartending prowess, J was simply an amazing presence to have at our wedding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel & Inclusions
• Travel Fee: $1 per mile, calculated round-trip from Fremont.
• What We Provide: A 4-foot portable bar (if needed - additional $150), ice, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, syrups, and purees. We also offer bar decorations which can incur an additional fee of $120
• What You Provide (Dry Hire): All alcohol, sodas, and juices.
Booking & Payment Policy
• Under $500: Must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Over $500: Requires a 40% non-reimbursable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
• Installment Option: We also offer a payment plan consisting of the initial deposit followed by two bi-weekly payments.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, or Stripe. We do not accept cash.

What started as a hobby in 2019 turned into a true craft after I graduated from the ABC Bartending School—and was invited back to teach there for the next four years. Alongside mentoring future mixologists, I launched a successful mobile bartending business and spent years shaking up the Bay Area nightlife. From high-end private events in Fremont to high-energy crowds at premier Downtown San Jose venues like Nomikai and Temple Bar and Lounge, I’ve mastered the art of the perfect pour and an unforgettable guest experience.
