Introduction: Flat fee: $90 Operating systems covered:Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 Scope. We restore troubled desktop and laptop PCs, if possible without reverting to the factory settings, by eliminating all virus infections and tuning up the system to optimal performance with a typical turnaround of 3 days (a 1 day turnaround is available for a $30 premium). If a complete system restoration is neccessary we will attempt to backup all user documents and restore the system to the original factory settings or complete a fresh operating-system installation. Owners need to provide factory restore disks or genuine copy of operating system CDs/DVDs, as well as the original media for any software they would like us to reinstall in that case. To minimize the risk for recurring virus and spyware infection we will install either Microsoft Security Essentials or the antivirus and spyware software the customer prefers (we will need the original media). Hardware failure: in case we determine that your PC has a failing or failed hardware component we will provide a repair estimate. The cost of the replacement component or the repair labor is not included in the $90 flat fee. Payment is only required if system restoration or tune-up was successful, but must be received before pick-up either by money order or via PayPal.
