My experience with Kumar was incredible. He was very professional and honest with me. It was great to find someone who could fix my grandma’s MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer.. I called him on a Friday morning and told him that my grandma had spilled water on her laptop and it was no longer working as well as it was before- screens slow to load, some buttons not working, and the trackpad would not respond as well. We spoke for maybe 15 minutes about options and he offered to pick up the laptop to fix and drop it back off for me, or to do it at my house. I gave him the laptop and it was fixed by Sunday Morning. I really appreciate how affordable, straight forward and fast the service was. I also appreciate him telling me how much each part costed and why he was replacing it. 5/5 from me, I’m a happy customer.
