- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have taken great care to develop an Instant Quote system that provides pricing and a clear indication of what is included in each and every package we offer. Bundling items together helps save you time and money. All of our services are available all the cart, but we definitely want to save money for our customers, so we bundled them together! We are an entire entertainment company, we can provide music, karaoke, live bands… Even Live Band Karaoke! Illuminated dance floors, an arcade, Photo Booths, and more! It is imperative that we understand what the client expects from the very beginning so we can meet that expectation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the most awesome tools on our website to help you plan your wedding, corporate event, or even backyard barbecue party! Ideally we would like to have a phone consultation with our client to determine the final details of the event. Then we proceed with booking and confirmation ultimately performing at the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started playing when I was 16 working at my High School radio station those were awesome times. We stay current on our library, we are innovative in our DJ work. You will be more than pleased that you chose us for any event large or small.
