- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I see it as a hobby. I do not see it as work. I have a lot of fun baking fine pastries and high quality cakes with creative and classy, elegant decorations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cakes for all occasions: Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Showers, 1st. communion, Farewell parties, believe it or not "divorce" cakes. Also cupcakes, mini individual cakes, opera cakes, tarts, pies, cookies, macaroons, . In terms of desserts: I can do individual portions of mousse cups, pina colada mousse cups, mango mousse, fruit cups, mini cheesecakes of all flavors. You ask for it ....we make it!.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for the type of ingredients used during the process.
