- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DENALI BUILDERS & DESIGN has been working hard over the years to deliver high-quality services for each and every customer. We do our best to work with everyone's needs, and we understand that these projects can be expensive for many homeowners, thus we strive to work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. First, we collect basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer posted every step of the progress. In some cases when the clients have temporarily moved out of their home, while the renovation is in-progress, we schedule regular meetings, as well as send pictures and videos to keep them apprised of the progress of the job. With us, there is no guesswork. You know exactly what is going on in and around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by master craftsmen, we have over 10 years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers. Additionally, we have architects and engineers on our team.
