Introduction: Hi there! I’m Florence of Florence Wong Makeup. I specialize in makeup ONLY and do not offer hair services at this time. I’m a born and bred Bay Area native. I started this journey in college when I freelanced for Benefit Cosmetics. This was one of three jobs I had! After college, I embarked on my career in tech, which I still happily work in today.
I still can not believe how many people have asked me to help them look their best for life’s many milestones! There are so many moving parts in these events, and it brings me so much joy to be able to share these moments with you. I pride myself in only using vegan or cruelty-free products and tools. Every product I use has been personally vetted by me in all conditions. This may seem tedious, but I love what I do. My 9-5 requires me to deliver results. My makeup artistry allows me to create happiness. My two careers have enabled me to use both sides of my brain with my whole heart.

I was not able to book with Florence for my last event, but she was very responsive to my messages and was willing to work with me to meet a reasonable price. I am definitely looking forward to booking her in the future.

I highly recommend Florence Wong for any special event when you want to look your best. I’m the type of person who is not comfortable around most people. I immediately felt at ease upon meeting her. Something between us just clicked. She explained to me all of the products that she used and proper application techniques. She even helped me pick out an outfit to wear. I felt beautiful! I consider her a dear friend and look forward to using her services again.

Florence did my makeup for my wedding and it was beautiful. I wanted a rose gold smokey eye to match my wedding colors and she accomplished it without it looking like it was too much. She was also very kind and calming, along with Dusty who did my hair. They are a great team!
