What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount: We offer a 10% discount (valid for 1st month) if you book 10 sessions. Free Demo Class: We offer a 30 minute demo class for no cost. The demo class can be requested for Tuesday/Thursday between 2-4 pm (Pacific Time). This will be done online via virtual classroom.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the needs of student and then work towards assigning the best tutors for their specific requirement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a number of tutors with specialized subject knowledge of Physics, Mathematics, Statistics etc. We also have dedicated tutors for test preparation services e.g GMAT, SAT, ACT, GRE and so on.
