My Photo Videography

We hired Max as our wedding photographer and engagement. He was absolutely amazing!!! We really enjoy the experience: he's always on time, provided great pose tips, stayed overtime to make sure we have plenty of stunning photos :) we are very satisfied with his professionalism, creative excellence, innovation and unique aesthetic design. Max recently took family photos and we could not have been happier with the results! The photos are incredible - he has amazing talent for capturing natural shots that are stunning and so unique. He was also incredibly patient with our young daughters, and persistent to get great photos while allowing them to explore the park at their own pace to capture better shots of them since they got to choose which direction to walk. He picked the right time of day for the most flattering and gorgeous light. Plus, he's very friendly. These photos will brighten our home for many years to come. Will definitely hire him again!

Max took great pics of my family and I at a local park! The light was perfect and we got some great shots! Max was very polite and has an eye for detail! He was great with my two boys (4 and 7 yrs old)! We got our pics on CD within a week! The pics are great and look like magazine shots!

My partner and I asked Max to do a photoshoot for us in San Francisco. We are both not picture people and have never gotten a photoshoot done before. Max was amazing in a lot of respects. He was punctual to begin with! And all through the evening, he made us both feel super comfortable in front of the camera. I had a rough idea of where I wanted pictures to be taken - Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate bridge and any beach location. Max helped navigate us to these areas and also found the best spots within these landmarks. One thing I can vouch for is - Max has a fantastic eye for lighting. At Palace Of Fine Arts, Max was able to locate the most perfect lighting spots, played around with the shadows and wall textures really well. Bonus points - He was also able to find a small beach at the end with amazing backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge and captured us drinking champagne while the sun was setting! It was the perfect end to the photoshoot. We have a lot of great pictures from the photoshoot. I would not hesitate a bit to recommend Max to my family and friends!

Max is the best. He is so fun and makes the process easy. Sometimes it was like he wasn't even there! He worked well with our photographers who are personal friends, so that was great to not have to worry about anything. Is highly recommend Max. The footage he showed me of previous videos was awesome so I can't wait to see my own!

Max photographed my wedding and was wonderful. + He responded to email and phone promptly + He was on time to the rehearsal and for the pre-ceremony photos. We had a set amount of time for the pre-ceremony photos at 4 different locations, and Max timed it out really well so we'd have enough time at each location and still get a lot of shots. + He suggested great posing tips and gave very positive feedback during the shoot. My husband and I don't take photos often and he made us feel comfortable + We had a large bridal party (16 people total) and he handled the large crowd well + He processed the photos quickly and had everything done in 3 weeks. I would recommend Max to friends or anyone looking for a photographer.

We hired Max to photograph our wedding day and record our ceremony at the Bridges Golf Club. Max is extremely professional and has been so wonderful to work with. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Max captured so many beautiful pictures. We are so happy with the level of service that Max and his team provided. They really went above and beyond to make our day special! Max has such an eye for detail and is very creative in his craft.

Max was the best. We were recommended by a friend to hire Max as our photographer for our civil wedding. The initial communication was very smooth. Max always responded promptly and he understood our needs. On our wedding day, Max showed up on time and prepared. He guided us through the city hall like it is his backyard. He knew every good spot for pictures, and was very professional, creative and passionate all the time. We hired Max for a 2-hr city hall package, but he kept shooting for more than 4 hrs!! It was actually us who had to leave for work, otherwise Max would take more pictures for us without charging any extra fee!!! He really enjoyed the work and we are so pleased to work with him. I would say it was our best decision to have Max as our photographer and I would give him a 10-star if I could! I received Max's work only after 2-3 weeks. I like every one of them. The original ones are already very beautiful by themselves, and the edited images are SUPER! I can tell he really put a lot of effort on each picture. He paid attention to every detail - from a small pimple to my messy hair. I also like the color tune of the picture. Everything just became shinny, like a magic! The photos I received from Max are way better than my engagement photos which I paid even more. Max's price is very very reasonable. He even retouched more pictures than we requested. I highly recommend him to anybody. You wouldn't regret! Thank you Max!

Max was absolutely amazing. He listened to every thought I had and made sure to capture and create every moment I wished for. He went over and beyond for me and my husband and the pictures turned out GORGEOUS. Edited and unedited they were stunning. I will definitely use him again in the future to cover all of my events (personal & for business).

Very professional. I recommend giving Max a call b/c there are many other tips, connections that he has to access to that I did not find with other providers. He can read your itinerary and give feedback which was helpful for me, a newly wed.

Max and his team was very professional and creative. He was thoughtful and talented. My shooting experience was fun and inspired. He caught all the beautiful moments at our wedding at SF city hall. Max edited photos nicely and naturally. We loved all the photos and highly recommend My Photography!

We had Max do a family photo shoot. He did a great job, created photos we will treasure for a very long time and was prompt and courteous as well. He came to our home to do the shoot and we felt very comfortable having him there. Great shots.

Is it Possible to give 10 stars? My husband and I are beyond satisfied with Max Ye, and his impeccable work. As soon as I saw our images all the emotions came back from our wedding day, I couldn't help my self but tear up a little bit. You know what they say " A MEMORY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PHOTOGRAPHERS" . Max Ye came into our life at the most perfect moment. My husband and I only had a month until our wedding day. we were looking around like crazy for a good photographer that could also fit our budget. but the truth was that every photographer was a bit over our budget including Max Ye. I called Max and we spoke a little about prices and what not. I really wanted him as our photographer but i had to say no!! not because we wanted to but, because of our budget. less than 5 min later i received a call from max offering his services at my budget point he truly helped us and we couldn't have been more content. ;) Max is the most professional photographer we have ever met, He is respectful. fun, and creative, I would recommend Max Ye to anyone without hesitation.

Max was introduced by my extraordinary wedding planner shanshan xu. I'm glad that we booked Max for our wedding at Casa real ruby hill winery . Everything worked out so perfect, the flow of the video, the music he picked . My fiancé now husband and I just love everything. He knows how to catch the touching moment and made it in the Video. Although it is 13 minutes video clip, we knew in fact Max has made hundreds of cut to it. I strongly recommend Max :)

Hiring Max and his team was the best decision I made for my big day. Not only was he such a pleasure to work with but he was professional and creative as well. He is extremely thoughtful in his preparations for our wedding. He scouted out the areas where we were planning to be photographed beforehand to plan the best pictures. He was very astute during the wedding and reception to try to catch every meaningful moment. I have the most beautiful pictures to remember my wedding day, and everyone is happy with the wedding pictures. He's very talented at what he does and you can tell he enjoys his job. He edited the pictures so nicely, there were some really cool effects in some of the pictures and in some the colors stood out. He offers so much in just one picture. Max, was outstanding because he surpassed my expectations in every way. Not only did he produce the highest quality pictures possible but he listened and applied my very specific requests and took them a step further turning a portrait on location to art. By Art I mean, a piece of photographic work that causes the onlooker to get lost in contemplation about the subject. Max has a great eye for this. He also has a vast knowledge of photography. This knowledge showed in the way he lit me, and inspired a natural look, not contrived or cheese ball. He is a real talent. A diamond in the rough. I am so lucky to have found him. I would highly recommend him.

Max Ye did a fantastic job!! He took fun, creative, classy photos of my family and went above and beyond by meeting me at my location prior to the shoot to prepare, bringing high quality gear the day of the shoot and making it an all-around fun experience for the group.
