Andrew asked me to send photos, confirmed he can do the work, came by on time, completed the intended work and also informed by tankless water heater is not sending hot water. In fact, it was some other work that is getting done at home that caused this. I asked the other worker to take care what Andy suggested and things were back to normal. Really appreciate going above and beyond call of duty to identify where the problem and helping me on that front l.

Andy was quick to respond to my water heater emergency and was very informative and respectful when explaining water heater options. The installation was quick and efficient and he made sure to check for leaks.
