- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Cover Most of California for: RUSH Service is $120, per defendant and per address. Routine Service is $90, per defendant and per address. As well as Nationwide Service starting at $150, per defendant and per address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our process servers are lifelong students of the Process Servers Institute and routinely keep abreast of any new or changes in the laws regarding service of process. I and many of my servers have the CCPS designation. This stands for CalsPro Certified Process Server and indicates that we have passed a test issued by our state association; it must be taken every 2 years to keep current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents bought the business when I was in high school from another process server who was moving out of state. Shortly after turning 18, I served my first paper. I've been doing this for 20 years now!
