The technician was professional on time and wore shoe covers in my home which I greatly appreciate. Plus he was super friendly to my dog. He completed my ac maintenance in a timely manner showed me photos of what he did and made great recommendations to keep my home nice and cool during this summer.

They were able to send someone out quickly to take a look at my leaking sink. The problem was fixed and they even gave me a quote on a full sink replacement. Would definitely call Lee’s again!

Jarred was super helpful he took the time to explain all of my options. Lee’s Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our old water heater. The entire experiance was smooth and stress free, which is not something I usually say about home repairs. The plumber arrived on time, in a clean uniform, and had a polite attitude from the start. He explaned why our old heater had failed, showed us the rust inside, and gave us a couple of options for replacement without pushing us one way or the other. Once we decided, he worked steady to remove the old unit and put in the new one. What I really liked was how careful he was about keeping the area clean he wore shoe covers and even put down mats so no dirt was tracked inside. After hooking up the new water heater, he tested it several times and even gave me tips for making it last longer. The water now heats up fast and stays hot, which is such a relief after weeks of issues. The whole process felt honest, fair, and professional. I will defintly be calling Lee’s Plumbing again and recomending them to my friends and family.

am very dissatisfied with the service provided by David Manjarrez. He performed an auger service that was intended to clear a clog in our toilet. However, after inserting the snake, he stated that he was unable to push through or remove the obstruction.
Rather than turning off the water and removing the toilet to properly access and resolve the issue, he informed us that no further work could be done and recommended that we purchase a new toilet. Despite not fully addressing the clog or attempting additional appropriate measures, he still charged the auger service fee.
We had clearly communicated that there was an obstruction in the pipe, and it appears that a more thorough effort could have been made to resolve the problem before recommending a full replacement. We are disappointed with the lack of effort and the decision to charge for incomplete service.
We would appreciate a review of this matter and a resolution.

At Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating we offer flat rate pricing on all our jobs. This allows us to guarantee and warranty our work. This means if we take one hour or three days on the job, the price quoted and agreed is the price you pay. Also, this eliminates any surprise charges that happen at the end of a job when other contractors charge time and material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we confirm if you live in our service area, confirm authorization from the home owner or business representative to conduct the work on the property, and get you booked on our CRM system. Our CRM system will send reminders and dispatch notification of when the job will happen and when our representative is on their way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
At Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating we work with residential homeowners and commercial clients. If the job is small or big, we are happy to help. This includes changing toilet flappers to repairing or installing water heaters, main sewer lines, or main water lines.
