Contacted vendor on a Wednesday and they didn’t get back to me until Monday, five days later. By then I had already booked a bartender for my daughter’s wedding. In my opinion, when planning any big event, prompt communication is so important. This sets the stage for future interaction with your vendors.

If you are looking for a bar service with a stunning setup, this is them! I want to thank Shannen and James for an outstanding job for my wife's surprise party. Attention to detail was on point. The signature cocktails that they came up with for Lizz was perfect. I got nothing but compliments with I Do Cocktails team. I already have them booked for my son's wedding in May, can't wait to see what they do for the bride and groom drinks. Thanx you guys for such a finominal job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is a wide range from just renting bartenders all the way to we provide everything to a hosted bar. we also have margarita machines, coffee stations and glassware.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first meeting The client and finding out what they are looking for and their expectations as for the bar. once we have an idea, I send a quote over. if the quote is accepted, the client will receive a contract. there is a deposit of $200. the remaining balance is then split up into equal payments each month, with the last payment being 15 days prior to the event date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of I Do Cocktails staff is certified by A.B.C. as well as have their RBS certificate and have a bartender course under their belt.
