- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For booking I ask for a $50 deposit upfront to secure our date and start the process, then a flat rate of $50 an hour with a two hour minimum. Most events I work are four hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to introduce myself with a quick phone call, where we will go over all the details about your upcoming event as well as create a shopping list together. On the day of the event I show up two hours prior to start all my setup and prep, start the party and serve drinks, then pack everything up and leave my client with any leftover or unused products.
